SURFACE PREPARATION

*All substrates must be strong , clean , free from oil, grease,dust and dry .

*Loose parts with low adherence should be removed from the surface.

*The surface should be dampened prior to the application.

*Application temperature range of 5 °C ile 35 °C

*Avoid of application when the weather is very hot.

FIELD OF APPLICATION

Repairing and plastering the concrete surfaces and defects on the concrete surfaces before coating applications.

APPLICATION

Pour 25 kg of YAPIPLUS into 5,5-6,5 litres of clean water slowly and mix with a low speed mixer to obtain a homogeneous mixture free from lumps.

After resting it for 5 minutes remix it for 1-2 minutes. YAPIPLUS is reday to use.

Levelling

YAPIPLUS should be applied to the prepared surface by using a steel trowel. The surface should be finished with using wet sponge. Application thickness for one layer should be between 5-10 mm , for double layer 20 mm. Second layer should apply after the fisrt layer totaly dry.

Repairing

The substrate must be free from mortar. Make a V cutaway along the crack.Then apply YAPIPLUS by using steel trowel.

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS

*The specified terms are for the ambient temperature of 20oC; it may extend at the lower temperature; and shortens at the higher temperature.

*Never use any foreign materials.

*All tools used during the application should be washed with water.

CONSUMPTION

1.6 kg./m2 per 1mm. in thickness.
