APPLICATION SURFACES
It can be used for plastering and bonding of the thermal insulation boards to the surface of brick, cement-based plasters, aerated concrete, concrete, etc.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
*Application temperature range of 5oC - 35oC
*Avoid of application on the surfaces subject to the risk of freezing.
*It should not be used on substrates which are weak and low resistance.
SURFACE PREPARATION
All substrates must be strong ,dry ,clean and free from oil, grease,dust .
APPLICATION
Pour 25 kg of A-THERM 121 into 5,5-6,5 litres of clean water slowly and mix with a low speed mixer to obtain a homogeneous mixture free from lumps.
After resting it for 5 minutes remix it for 1-2 minutes. A-THERM 121 is reday to use.
Apply A-THERM 121 to the back side of the sheet as a strip and also a point on the center of the sheet .
A-THERM 101 should be applied all around of insulation board and 5 mm of space should be left from the edges all around the board. Show attention that minimum 40% of the insulating board is covered by the adhesive.
Then, fix the sheets onto the wall by pressure. During installation check the level of the panels with a gauge. After this application you can continue with A-THERM 121 as a plaster. Apply A-THREM 121 as a single layer (2-3mm) on the heat insulation sheet by steel trowel
Then, fix the mesh onto the first layer gently with steel trowel before it dries. Make overlaps for about 10 cm at the joints of the plaster mesh. After 3-4 hour apply the second layer of A-THERM 121
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
*The specified terms are for the ambient temperature of 20oC; it may extend at the lower temperature; and shortens at the higher temperature.
*Insulation panels should be placed each other closely, gaps between panels should be as few as possible.

Adhesive: 4-6 kg./m2
Plaster: 5-7 kg./m2
