FIELD OF APPLICATION
Bonding of aerated concrete and any other high water absorbing construction elements.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
*Application temperature range of 5oC - 35oC
*Avoid of application when the weather is too hot.
SURFACE PREPARATION
*Any dust on the surface should be removed off.
*For elimination of any irregularity on the floor, the first row should be laid by leveling.
APPLICATION
Pour 25 kg of YAPISTAR into 6,5-7,5 litres of clean water slowly and mix to obtain a homogeneous mortar free from lumps.After resting it for 5 minutes remix it for 1-2 minutes. YAPISTAR is ready to use.
Apply YAPISTAR onto the substrate with notched trowel. Work in small areas at a time and fix blocks immediately ( approx. in 15 minutes.)
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
*The specified times are for the ambient temperature at 20oC; it takes longer at lower temperature, and shorter at high temperature.
*Never add any foreign materials.
*Clean all tools and hands with water after application
