*Low water absorption with water reppellency

All interior areas of hotels, shopping centers and buildings floor and wall grouting of ceramic tiles , mosaics and marble for 1-6 mm joints.

*Application temperature range of 5^oC - 35^oC

*Avoid of application when the weather is too hot.

*The joints must be clean and free of dust. It is beter to dampened with a wet sponge.

*Wait until the adhesive has completely achieved sufficient hardness.

Pour 20 kg of ESFIX into 6,5-7,5 litres of clean water slowly and mix with a low speed mixer to obtain a homogeneous mixture free from lumps. Amount of water should be precisely measured. After resting it for 5 minutes remix it for 1-2 minutes. ESFIX is ready to use.Fill the joints completely with ESFIX using the appropriate rubber trowel. Remove excess ESFIX from the surface with diagonal moves. Wait for the settling of the material and repeat this procedure. After that clean the surface with a damp sponge give the final shape to the material. Any residue left can be cleaned from the surface with a clean dry cloth.

*Excess water can cause cracking and colour defects.

*Clean tools and containers with plenty of water before ESFIX hardens.

*Never add any foreign materials.
