APPLICATION SURFACES
Indoor and outdoor faces of the builgings, aerated concrete blocks, bims, bricks and ceilings.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
*Application temperature range of 5oC - 35oC
*Avoid of application on the surfaces subject to the risk of freezing.
*No application should be made on the surfaces not sound and with low resistance.
SURFACE PREPARATION
All substrates must be strong , clean , free from oil, grease,dust and dry . If needed repair the surface with Atışkan YAPIPLUS to get a sound and flat surface two days before the application.
APPLICATION
Mixed with plaster mixing and spreading machine (8-10 lt water / 40 kg bag) and sprayed to the surface. Surface is leveled. Massıva is trifiled when the surface becomes hard enough after that the surface is finished by a dampened sponge.
The application should be in range of 1cm. and 2.5cm in one coat, and if the thickness is higher than 2.5 cm, it is applied after the first coat gets dry.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
*It is beter to use BETONTAK on ceilings and concrete before the application of MASSIVA.
*Never add any foreign materials.
*The thickness should be maximum 2.5 cm. for the first coat.
*Watering the surface in certain intervals would enhance durability of the product.
CONSUMPTION
13-15 kg./m2for thickness of 1cm.
