Description
It is a special gypsum type for interior used to manufacture and mount decorative cornices, domes, arches and buttresses etc.

Application Areas
It can apply to brick, concrete, gas concrete, briquet, plaster, gypsumboard etc. surfaces.
Application Conditions
- Ambient temperature must be at least +5oC.
- Sections should be closed which causes air-flow.
Surface Preparation
· Suitable debonder materials should be used to separate the gypsum from mold easily and smoothly.
· Before mounting, surfaces should be cleaned from subtances (dust, dirt, oil, paint, etc.) which are preventing adhesion of plaster.
· Dry and hot surfaces should be wetted.
· Atışkan Betontak Plaster Primer should be used to improve adhesion on ceilings, smooth and absorbent surface applications.
Application
· Fill fresh water into a clean container according to amount of mixture will prepared, approx. 7lt Water / 10kg Atışkan Cornice Plaster sprinkles to cover the surface of water.
· After waiting for 2 minutes, slurry is stirred until it becomes homogeneous.
· Ready mixture is spilled to mold slowly. Be careful to prevent air bubbles.
· To improve strength should spread fibers, and then spill second level.
· When the plaster starts to harden, the edges of the mold is scraped with spatula.
· In 30 minutes hardened casting is removed from the mold.
Cautions
· Do not add any other material (lime, sand, etc.) into mixture.
· After the casting process, the mounting should not started without ensuring complete drying.
Shelf Life
6 months for storage in closed bag and humidity proof conditions.
